Reservation & Cancellation Policy Notice

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.


 

Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time
 will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.


 

This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and offer timely appointments to all clients.
 We appreciate your understanding.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice,
 your deposit will be forfeited and may affect your ability to book future appointments.


 

We prepare each session with care, and missed appointments are truly unfortunate.
 Please contact us if you are unable to attend.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly
 as we must stay on schedule for the next guest.
