Reservation & Cancellation Policy Notice

To respect your valuable time and ensure smooth operations for everyone, we follow the policy outlined below.  Please take a moment to review it before your visit.

Reservation Changes & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.


     

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time
 will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.


     

  • This policy helps us manage our schedule fairly and offer timely appointments to all clients.
 We appreciate your understanding.

No-Shows

  • If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice,
 your deposit will be forfeited and may affect your ability to book future appointments.


     

  • We prepare each session with care, and missed appointments are truly unfortunate.
 Please contact us if you are unable to attend.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly
 as we must stay on schedule for the next guest.


     

  • Please try to arrive on time so we can give you the full experience you deserve.
